Every metro we cover has a dedicated page with the Zillow Home Value Index, year-over-year change, median list price, days on market, and price-cut share. No registration, no paywall, no email wall.

Why this exists

Most housing data behind subscription walls is republished from the same public research datasets. We cut out the middleman. Data is freshest the day Zillow publishes (first week of each month).

What's missing

We don't list individual homes for sale, we don't have mortgage rates, and we don't do real-time listings. For those, go to Zillow, Redfin, or a local MLS site. We focus on market-level analytics and long-term trend data.
